We have hosted community meetings so neighbors surrounding the now vacant Mountain View Golf Course could view conceptual plans and give input on the Trails and Corona master plans. We gathered feedback at these meetings as well as through surveys by email and direct mail.

Here is what neighbors said was most important to them, and how we are incorporating it:

Open Space:

​​​Neighbors want a place to get some fresh air and exercise, maybe even with a furry friend! We have incorporated walking trails, grass areas, and multiple acres of open space.

​​Housing & Traffic:

​

Our original plans including town houses; however, the neighbors were concerned about how this would impact traffic. We took these concerns into consideration and our current plans are 100% Active Adult housing. These updates reduce traffic by 64% from our original plans.​
